(WHAT YOU AGREE TO WHEN SIGNING UP FOR CONSULTATION+TERMS OF USE FOR THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES OFFERED )

1. Thank you for visiting SamayVidya (www.samayvidya.in referred to below as “the Website”). The site is owned and managed by Abhishek Singh. The author is engaged professionally and has limited time. Hence, Acceptance of reading request is subject to: -Availability of Slots, nature of Representation, Clarity of the Question(s) submitted by the querents etc. Only Legitimate Requests will be accepted, and a Unique SR Number will be provided to them simultaneously. The approval means the querents are in receipt of the Unique SR Number. The Unique SR Number is important for all communications. The acceptance of the Queries will be in a phased manner and subject to the availability of slots.

 
2.INABILITY TO PROCESS LARGE VOLUME OF READING REQUESTS

Due to the continuous and strenuous studies of Jyotish, it is impossible to take a large volume of Horoscope reading requests on a free-flow basis. Hence, there are possibilities that Author may deny reading requests. The Author reserves the rights to decline horoscope reading requests which are coming as vague, multiple submissions and with Layered Questions.

3. FREE SERVICES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE

My time and space are badly being abused by a few people and hence I’ve to take stern calls to keep myself safe from unnecessary noise. Ultimately, I’ve learned the hard way that free services/voluntary fees are abused by many non-serious questioners, and also, I've realized that what comes free is never valued. I've also decided to approach astrological consultation more professionally and therefore like any professional service the fee will have to be paid at the time of services.

4. Astrology is not a money minting business for the Author and hence out of his own free will, He has posted several remedial measures and karmic steps on his social media handles which can be helpful for the native. In case there are Job-related issues, financial crisis, miseries caused by malefic, marriage, mantra, etc. For all such queries, the One-Stop Solution is under Hashtag ‘’#AstrologicalRemedies’’ for the same no need to consult the author. 
 
5. REGARDING CONSULTATIONS

Only non-layered & burning questions of the querents will be answerable on priority. If there is no response or allotment of a Unique Reference Number, then please refine your inquiry and send it again with adequate details after some time (After 3-6 months) . The inquiry should be meaningful, precise and non-layered. Please note that the meaningful questions, Correct birth details, contact numbers, etc. should reflect in the communication.

6. For querents who are unable to afford fees but need guidance(s); Please indicate that upfront and I will take up such cases based on my sole discretion. Free Services are no longer available due to various reasons and declutter the noise.

 

7. REGARDING ASSESSMENT

Chart Readings necessitate hours/days for analysis to ensure a complete examination of the horoscope along with ascertaining the inter-planetary relationships and various Hidden revelations and insights resulting in a final dialogue and hence each horoscope assessment will take 10-15 days of analysis and the synopsis of analysis will be given in writing via email. Further explanations on the Synopsis will be telephonic via a restricted line.  

8. Submission of vague queries and multiple submissions will attract instant rejection and such queries will get automatically blocked by the system. If the Representation is not clear the Author reserves the right to not entertain the request further.  The Author also reserves the right to Deny, Decline, Cancel or prematurely withdraw the reading request at any point of time as may be required in view of the Conditions mentioned in Clause (1), Clause (8) & Clause (12) or any statutory changes without any further notice. 

9. CHARGES

The charges will be on a ''Fair Remuneration’’ basis and currently there are three segments of Horoscope analysis. The Querent may opt for any of them as per their convenience. The three segments of Horoscope Analysis are: - 

i. Whole Birth Chart Analysis (Charges applicable) 

ii. Per Question Basis (Pro Rata Charges applicable) 

iii. Premium Horoscopic Reading (Charges applicable) 
Post Analysis, the querents may get affirmative directions with immediate steps which will give a broader sense of life.

10. SERVICE RULE

Please note that the statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from the Author regarding Astrological services or their availability. SamayVidya and the provisions of the horoscope reading are available on an ‘as is where is available’ basis and SamayVidya makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error-free operation of the astrological consultation services. New Horoscope reading requests may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of God, inclemency, Research and maintenance work, non-availability of slots, etc. The Author reserves the right to decline/deny in providing reading to the querent.

Please take a moment to make yourself familiar with the data privacy practices on Samayvidya. The Author has implemented adequate and standard accepted processes in compliance with applicable laws, designed to protect the Personal Information and maintain the security of the private Birth data of the querents.  All the Queries addressed through the CONTACT page is Highly Secure, Private and accessible to the Author Only.  As promised the undersigned is committed to safeguarding your Personal Information collected and handled and look forward to your continued support for the same. 12. PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy is of utmost importance and therefore seeking information regarding another person's horoscope without explicit consent of the person/individual/native is unlawful and hence proper scrutiny will be done prior to accepting the reading requests to make sure that the querent is genuine and there is no ambiguity and unlawful activity to obtain someone's Horoscope for malafide intentions. If you are sending reading request on behalf of your blood relations then you should also explicitly mention your details and relations with the person for whom the reading request is being made.

The consultation details and information that the client shares on the page is bound to confidentiality to a secure email ID. SamayVidya will not disclose the client’s name as a reference without the client’s express written consent.

 

RESPONSE 

Samayvidya tries to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month ( say 3-4 months). If your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests or If there are a long number of pending Birth chart reading requests from other querents. In this case, I will notify you and keep you updated.
