KARMA AND BHAGYA

Once Karma and Bhagya asked Shiva who is great between the two. Karma and Bhagya asked this question to Shiva as to who is bigger, and whether Bhagya came first or Karma? Shiva said that Bhagya is the fruit of Karma. The kind of Karma that a creature does, it gets its fruit. That fruit is called Bhagya. Then they asked that when it is not written in the fate, then why will the creature act and what will it do? Shiva said that God judges the quantity and quality of our actions and then it gives its fruit accordingly. Then they asked that when everything is written in fate, why should Karma act? Shiva said that whatever is written that will happen no matter what one does, cannot be avoided, however, one can reduce the negative impact to some extent. Then Karma asked why then why should one try? It is better to sit quietly and remain silent, then why does any action is required? Shiva said that what Bhagya has been written will stay the same however it gives its effect based on the Karma, so if he/ she has not realized his/ her mistakes then it will destroy the Bhagya (Luck). If the native has realized his mistakes and tried to atone for his deeds by doing sincere remedy, then he can reduce the ill effect of his past lives. So, one should do good Karma considering his Dharma to protect oneself from any problem.
